Filling up & Charging

You can use the fuel cards and electric vehicle charge cards to quickly and easily pay for your fuel or charging session at almost every petrol station or charging station in the Netherlands.

Leasing contract, including fuel card, electric vehicle charge card/key or combination card

As a fleet manager, you can choose to include various types of cards in your mobility package. Your employee will then receive a fuel card, electric vehicle charge card, or a combination card. This is extremely convenient, as it allows them to pay for their fuel or charging sessions throughout the Netherlands.

MultiTankcard cards provide the following benefits:

• Clear invoices showing all petrol and charging expenses incurred.
• Purchasing fuel from all petrol stations in the Netherlands and at more than 55,000 DKV stations across the EU.
• Electric charging at all public and semipublic charging stations throughout the Netherlands.
• Other services to be activated per individual card: street and park-and-ride parking, car wash and vehicle fluids.

Forgot your PIN, or do you need to report a theft?

If one of your employees has forgotten the PIN for their fuel card, they can request this through My ALD. You should always report theft or loss to ALD Automotive immediately. If you suspect that an unauthorised person has gained access to your fuel card and the PIN, please call our emergency number: +31 (0)20 658 30 00, and report it to the police.

If you were unable to fill up using the fuel card, you can easily claim the fuel expenses you incurred online through the MultiTankcard (Mijn MTc) website. You can log in using the details printed on the fuel card and by entering your PIN. Make sure to keep the original invoice.
