With the MultiTankcard fuel can be filled up throughout the Netherlands, even at the so-called ‘white pump stations’. If you have a MTc/DKV card (recognisable by the DKV logo), it is also possible to pay for fuel abroad. For payments in the Netherlands, use the magnetic strip on which you will find ‘voor gebruik in Nederland’ (for use in the Netherlands). Don’t forget to enter the odometer readings after filling up with fuel.
Have you filled up the wrong fuel by accident? In that case, please call the emergency number +31 (0)20 658 30 00 immediately and do not under any circumstances start the engine, as driving with the wrong fuel in the tank can cause major damage to the car.
If you have forgotten the PIN for your fuel card, you can request a new one via My ALD.
Please report theft of the card by calling our emergency number: +31 (0)20 658 30 00, and report it to the police.
Do you have an electric car? During your lease period, you can use a charging card. In addition, you will receive a MTc national fuel card, if this is included in your contract, with which you can fill up with fuel. This may be necessary, for example, if you make use of replacement transport while your car is being serviced.
If you were unable to fill up using the fuel card, you can easily claim the fuel expenses you incurred online through the MultiTankcard (Mijn MTc) website. You can log in using the details printed on the fuel card and by entering your PIN. Make sure to keep the original invoice.
