Getting more out of your mobility through progressive mobility management

Managing mobility goes beyond simply delivering a vehicle along with a fuel card: many companies employ a dedicated person or even an entire department to manage the mobility of their employees. Fortunately, ALD Automotive can advise you on many of these activities, and in some cases it can even take some of the work off your hands.

Examples of mobility management:

• Advice on your mobility plan, mobility policy or choice of vehicles available.
• Offering reports and data/information.
• Implementation of a new mobility plan.
• Processing fines and expense reports from lease car drivers.
• Managing contacts with lease car drivers on your behalf (in full or in part).

Mobility management in practice

You get to decide which services you would like to outsource. You can choose to manage your mobility fully independently, with ALD Automotive providing advice and assistance only at times when you need it. Alternatively, you can choose to outsource all or part of your mobility management to us, which may include anything from designing your mobility plan to liaising with your lease car drivers on your behalf. This means you can focus completely on your other responsibilities.
