With the app, you can arrange many of your lease issues yourself, including:

- Report vehicle damage;
- Find a service partner for maintenance;
- Find a petrol station nearby;
- View contact information;
- Contact us at your convenience.
- If you do have car trouble, you can use My ALD to immediately call on roadside assistance.
In most cases, the e-mail address you use to receive e-mails from us serves as your user name.
Are you driving an ALD Automotive lease vehicle, but don’t yet have a My ALD account? If so, simply download the app and register using your registration number and e-mail address.
