My car won’t drive anymore

Does the damage to your car prevent you from driving? If so, contact our emergency helpdesk at: +31 (0)20 658 30 00. The helpdesk will call emergency services, register the damage report, and arrange replacement transportation, even abroad. We’ll help you get back on the road quickly.

Is anyone else involved in the incident? If so, please fill in the European Damage Claim Form together. You can then send the European Damage Claim Form via e-mail to: drivercare.nl@aldautomotive.com, or upload it to the My ALD app.

Report vehicle damage with no counterparty

Damage to your vehicle is always a disappointment. Fortunately, it’s easy to report the damage via the My ALD app. You can also use the app to make an appointment with a repair shop.

Reporting damage together with the other party

Fill in the damage claim form together with the other party. You can do this using the traditional European Damage Claim Form.

Have you filled in the European Damage Claim Form together with the other party? Then you can report the damage easily online using the My ALD app. You can include a copy or photo of the damage claim form when you upload your report, so you don’t have to send the form by post. You can also make an appointment with a damage repair shop directly via the My ALD app.

Reporting window damage

Do you have a chip or crack in your windows? It can happen to anyone. Fortunately, the damage can be repaired quickly, so you can safely get back on the road. You don’t have to report the damage to ALD Automotive; you can make an appointment directly with one of our partners specialised in window repair.
