My ALD: manage your fleet

Manage your fleet quickly and conveniently in the My ALD online environment.

My ALD offers you as a fleet manager an up-to-date overview of your fleet, along with handy functionalities to save time and get a grip on your fleet- and mobility costs.

Benefits of My ALD:

  • Up-to-date fleet overview
    Here, you can find all current and near-completion contracts, but you can also see at a glance which vehicles are on order, along with their expected delivery date.
  • Online management of fuel cards
    You can easily request a new pin code or fuel card for vehicles in your fleet.
  • Search function for invoices
    With the extensive search function, you can call up every invoice and all fuel specifications quickly and download them in .pdf format.
  • Tax value
    The fleet overview shows the tax value of all of your vehicles at a glance, including vehicles still on order.
  • Sign vehicles in and out
    Do you need a rental car temporarily for one of your employees? If so, you can arrange one easily in My ALD. If you would like to return a rental or lease vehicle, you can also do that here.
