ALD Automotive has expanded its trophy collection considerably with its poll results, scoring best leasing company in the Netherlands in the "Large leasing companies" category. The Dutch Association of Business Drivers (Vereniging Zakelijke Rijders, or VZR) has announced that ALD Automotive has been awarded the highest score in the "Private Lease" category, with an average rating of 8.5. ALD Automotive also performed well in the "Business lease" and "Fleet managers" categories, earning second and third places respectively.
The survey assesses lease companies on criteria such as communication, service and organisation. In recent years ALD has invested heavily in its digital services. This includes a private lease app focused entirely on the private lease car driver, where all services associated with leasing can be accessed directly.
Jeroen Kruisweg, Managing Director of ALD Automotive Netherlands, explains, "We are constantly optimising our services based on the feedback we receive from our lease car drivers and customers. This is complemented by personal contact with our staff — a golden combination." Last year, ALD Automotive was also named best leasing company. "I firmly believe that satisfied customers start with committed staff and that offering freedom is crucial to this. So all credit goes to our staff who pull out all stops every day, whether working from home or back in the office again."
The survey
In the annual survey of VZR, conducted together with Feedback Company, more than 5,400 lease car drivers, fleet managers and private lease car drivers gave their opinion about their lease company. Lease car drivers gave it a score of 8.0, fleet managers gave it 8.3 and private lease car drivers 8.4. The average NPS of 26 is again higher than the year before.
VZR president Jan van Delft comments on these details: "It's a welcome compliment for the leasing companies. Both lease car drivers and fleet managers, together with private lease car drivers, are satisfied with their lease company and this is reflected in the figures and NPS scores. It's good to see that in a rapidly changing market, drivers and fleet managers value their leasing companies."
