If your car breaks down along the way, we will do everything in our power to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Our 24-hour roadside assistance is standing by to provide assistance anywhere in the Netherlands or abroad. ALD Automotive utilises the services of the ANWB for roadside assistance. This successful partnership guarantees you the best possible roadside assistance. In 9 out of 10 cases, ANWB Roadside Assistance will be able to help you get back on the road in your own car. 

Contact roadside assistance

If you need roadside assistance abroad, or if you are stuck in an unsafe traffic situation, please call our emergency number for help: +31 (0)20 658 30 00. In all other cases, you can contact roadside assistance directly online or via My ALD. Whether it concerns a starting problem or a flat tire, we’ll help you get back on the road quickly.

Replacement transport

Unless you or your employer have made other arrangements, you will receive a replacement rental car if a repair will take longer than 24 hours. Please consult your lease agreement to check whether you are entitled to replacement transport. Also remember to cancel the rental car after returning it (dealer’s cars excluded). This is possible by telephone or email. You will receive a confirmation number for this.
