Hoofddorp, 23 March 2016 - ALD Automotive is the first leasing company to be named one of the Best Workplaces in the Netherlands. The list is compiled based on empirical research by Great Place to Work® Netherlands. Each year, the highest-scoring companies are given the distinction of being named the Best Workplaces in the Netherlands. The 2016 list was published last night.
Great Place to Work® Netherlands examines the level of trust, pride and enjoyment at companies. The list of Best Workplaces in the Netherlands is compiled based on the answers to a questionnaire containing 58 statements and an evaluation of employer policy. Danielle Kruger, HR manager at ALD Automotive: “In the Netherlands, our 160 employees work hard and with great enjoyment on innovative mobility solutions. In order to continue embodying the role of innovator, we aim to retain talented employees at ALD Automotive, but we also want to be seen as an appealing employer to new employees. This Best Workplace award helps us achieve both those objectives.”
Caroline Mullers, senior consultant at Great Place to Work Netherlands: “The companies on the Best Workplaces list have developed working environments in which trust, pride and enjoyment are given a central role. At the same time, they act as an example to other companies. Not all companies make it onto the list due to the strict criteria we apply. It’s an achievement to be proud of!”
