The Netherlands in lockdown (again), this is the impact

The Netherlands has been in lockdown again since Sunday 19 December, until at least 14 January 2022. Our suppliers and ALD Automotive had already taken many safety measures before. As a result, little will change for our services. Apart from a few minor adjustments, which we are happy to explain to you.

Delivery

The showrooms are closed, but just like last year, 'click and collect' for delivery and test drives is allowed, with the restriction that you must stay outside (under a shelter). Many dealers also offer delivery on location (at home). Of course, according to the guidelines of the RIVM.

Maintenance

The workshops remain open, but you cannot enter the workshop itself. Where possible, it is good to handle matters digitally or by telephone as much as possible. And here too, of course, the advice applies to stick to the agreed time when making an appointment. If you have symptoms, please contact the dealer or repairer to reschedule the appointment. We are in regular contact with our suppliers to ensure they adhere to the security measures.

Restitution

The car can simply be returned to the dealer or to our return point in Vuren. It is also possible to have the car picked up on location. If you visit us in Vuren, the keys will also be returned outside.

We are doing everything we can to keep you mobile in a healthy and safe way now and in the future! If you have any questions, please send a WhatsApp to Driver Care on +31 (0)20 658 30 80. We can also be reached by phone at the same number.
